How is your Sleep?
Healthy sleep is important to overall health and wellness - affecting your physical health, your ability to reason, think and react quickly, and your emotional wellness - so it is important to know whether or not you are getting the sleep you need on a consistent basis.
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) recommends that adults get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. Use the AASM's bedtime calculator to determine if you are getting enough sleep each night. If you aren't getting enough sleep each night, this could be due to unhealthy sleep habits or an undiagnosed sleep disorder.
